Left In Stitches is a 90 min show featuring 3 different comedic improvisation troupes.

Each of the 3 segments will use suggestions from the audience as the raw storytelling materials. From this, the troupes will craft stories and cast of characters on the spot. It’s mad, funny, edge-of-your-seat theatre, and a hell of a lot of fun!

29 August: Workshop Facilitation for Women: Applied Improv with Belina Raffy

In this women-only workshop, we will focus on mindsets and practices which help to boost confidence, relevance, and adaptability while facilitating a workshop.

The workshop will cover

  • Strategies to deal with difficult participants

This highly-active workshop is for women who facilitate workshops and want to increase the level of skill, confidence and effectiveness of their facilitation.

This engaging workshop is for anyone interested in changing things for the better, and who want to boost their confidence, creativity, and delight about doing so.
The workshop will cover:
  • Useful mindsets for the ‘inner game’ of creating change
  • Practicing the art of engaging others to create better solutions than you could have imaged
  • Deep listening, acting on your intuition, and short turn taking as a way to navigate complex systems.

 

Your instructor: Belina Raffy
U.K.-based applied improv coach Belina Raffy co-founded a global learning adventure which involved hundreds of people in over 14 cities around the world.

She is currently writing a book “Using improv to save the world (and me)”. She teaches at the Berlin School of Life the course “How to Change the World”.
